A fast growing stat-up company, thats powers a unique omni-channel Global ordering & marketing platform, is seeking a Fullstack Team Lead with strong frontend expertise to Join her team. You’ll lead a team of 7-8 developers, mentor, lead technical initiatives, and help shape the platform’s architecture and best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role involving coding, design, and close collaboration with product and design teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers.
• Be hands-on in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Focus on frontend performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Ensure robust coding, testing, and CI/CD standards.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years as a Fullstack Developer, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong React/TypeScript expertise (React Native a plus).
• Experience with Node.js (GoLang a bonus).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, MongoDB, and AWS services.
• Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building scalable, user-focused products.
