About this role:

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our high-impact team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the infrastructure, automation, and technical innovation that power Aidoc’s Delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Efficiency through Automation: Build scalable automation and deployment tools that accelerate onboarding, streamline workflows, and increase the Delivery team's independence.
• Lead Technical Design and Strategize: Partner with customers to design seamless integrations and High Availability (HA) architectures that ensure reliable, resilient deployments.
• Own Critical Infrastructure: Take end-to-end ownership of key infrastructure components, continuously optimizing them for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deep Technical Expertise: Act as the primary expert for complex system insights, driving root-cause analysis and long-term engineering solutions.
• Build Monitoring & Insights: Create advanced monitoring tools, dashboards, and observability layers that provide real-time visibility and empower data-driven decisions.
• Cross-Team Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to align architectural vision and enable Delivery teams to operate with clarity and autonomy.
• Empower Through Knowledge: Produce high-quality documentation, runbooks, and guides that elevate technical capability across the organization.
• Architectural Thought Leadership: Work with customers to define architecture requirements and translate them into a strategic direction for platform evolution and integrations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in roles such as Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Automation Engineer, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, core IT domains, and production environments, plus practical experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and features like HA, vMotion, and DRS.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting - especially Python, with additional experience in Bash or PowerShell - for building automation and streamlining operations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Docker, CI/CD workflows, and system-wide architecture understanding.
• Experience with healthcare IT or standards such as DICOM, HL7, FHIR, PACS, RIS, or EHR is an advantage.
