The Role

We are looking for a Finance Project Manager to lead the development (hands-on) and delivery of AI Agents built for CFOs and finance teams. This is a unique opportunity to combine expertise in finance & accounting with technical skills to shape the future of AI in the office of the CFO. You will bridge the gap between finance & accounting domain knowledge and AI-driven automation, ensuring our solutions truly solve real-world finance problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI Agent projects focused on finance, accounting, FP&A, and CFO functions—from ideation to delivery
• Translate finance and accounting needs into AI-powered solutions by directly building AI agents and automations
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and data teams to design AI Agents aligned with finance users' needs
• Be hands-on: design, prototype, and build AI Agents (SQL queries, Python scripts, workflows)
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful implementation
• Analyze outcomes and continuously improve AI Agents to deliver measurable impact for finance teams

Requirements

• Must: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Must: Experience in accounting/finance roles (audit, FP&A, controllership, reporting). You must have the knowledge of what is a balance sheet, P&L, cashflow etc.
• Advantage: Experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms (KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte)
• Technical experience/knowledge—writing SQL queries, or Python, or AI Agents/workflow automations
• 1+ years of experience managing projects or cross-team initiatives in a corporate
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial processes into AI-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
