What are we looking for?

Our mission is to enhance customer safety by advancing the detection and investigation capabilities of our Singularity AI SIEM. We are committed to delivering robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that strengthen our clients’ overall security posture.

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager with proven expertise in backend development to lead the team evolving this high-impact product. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of some of the core capabilities of our detections platform, driving real-time, cloud-based automated hunting, detection, response, and related features.

The ideal leader thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about growing people as much as building reliable, scalable systems. You will join the team behind one of our most valued products, highly appreciated by customers for empowering their security teams to create custom detection and response rules and deploy them in real time across their network or targeted subsets, proactively detecting and neutralizing threats.

What will you Do?

  • Lead the Cloud Detection Engines team – Own the full development cycle of new cloud detection capabilities, driving ideas from whiteboard to production.
  • Grow people and technical excellence – Manage a team of 7–10 engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on technical direction while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and quality.
  • Orchestrate cross-team execution – Partner with engineering teams, product managers, security researchers, and architects to define realistic roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of impactful, high-quality features and platform services.
  • Shape platform architecture – Set the technical direction for new modules across strategic product lines, selecting patterns and technologies to ensure scale, reliability, and performance, while coordinating design reviews across teams.
  • Operate at global scale – Contribute to a cloud-native cybersecurity platform deployed across multiple AWS and GCP regions, serving over a million users worldwide while protecting tens of millions of endpoints and processing tens of billions of events daily.

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of driving large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leading teams in agile development environments.
  • Hands-on experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern infrastructure technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate product requirements into robust technical designs and guide teams through implementation and testing.
