Overview
Cyber Quant evaluates the risk exposure of an organization’s cyber security processes, technology and workforce security practices. Cyber Quant identifies critical security gaps, quantifies cyber security risks specific to the organization and prioritizes next steps to improve security posture and reduce risk. This innovative solution provides organizations with their cyber risk score and executive-level reports in just three weeks.
Role
The Cyberquant team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Cyberquant team as a significant\core position to provide hands-on leadership to support business continuity and primary source for knowledge transfer. Also extend expert skills (Architecture, SaaS scalability, etc.) to support the growth of the product to a very large scale, keeping high availability and stability as a standard.
As a Software Development Engineer Leader, You Will
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities into our product suite, identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Plan and execute high quality developments end-to-end meeting all development standards
- Improve, validate and innovate algorithms, calculations and analytics throughout all system components and integration points.
- Work in a fast-paced and agile work environment with business-oriented delivery focus.
- Communicate with team members, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines
- Mentor and guide engineers across the team to elevate technical quality.
- Self-study, maintain and debug existing systems
- Review and rewrite legacy code to latest technologies
All About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer Tech leader
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI into production systems.
- Ability to spot opportunities for AI use cases identification across the product and translate them into actionable projects.
- Ability to lead a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
- Experience building complex and large-scale Web\SaaS solution (AWS) to operational phase
- Experience developing and delivering in Microsoft Tech-Stack environments
- In-Depth knowledge in.NET (C#) and SQL server
- Advanced experience in relational databases (e.g. SqlServer), including complex queries and performance optimizations - NoSQL databases is plus (e.g. MongoDB)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to describe logic and approach and coach team members in overcoming development obstacles
- Worked on one or more Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
