Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As VP of software products dev. , you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers, overseeing research and development efforts, system managers, ensuring successful software development and project management.

Qualifications

• Team management and team leadership skills
• Experience in research and development (R&D) of software products
• Expertise in software development and project management based on our products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience leading teams of developers in an Agile environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in the authentication or data signature industry is a plus
• Micro management of each team and each products manager - MUST
• Positive customer facing resposibility
