Dig is seeking a talented Algorithm Developer to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop advanced algorithms in real-world production environments.
• Lead research-to-production processes in NLP and LLM, bridging theory with hands-on implementation.
• Tackle challenges like detecting brands in massive amounts of online video content, or building AI agents that answer complex enterprise questions in real time.
• Solve complex challenges in language models and contribute to building next-generation AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, highly technical team to design and scale cutting-edge solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your work directly impacts the product.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in algorithm development.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in NLP or LLM on production systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python, with emphasis on application-level code (not just research).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Advantages:
