As a Junior AI Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge software while providing creative solutions based on our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Our Software Engineers create solutions. As part of the team, you will analyze the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment to build technical system answers.

You will:

• Work with top tier customers on a high-performance software defined distributed storage product
• Design, develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
• Review and implement test strategies for software products
• Drive idea generation for new software products or for the next version of an existing product
• Experiment with and integrate emerging AI infrastructure and frameworks into the development workflow to boost productivity and innovation
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in C/C++, Python, operating systems and algorithms, software architectures and applications, understanding of hardware and software interactions
• Background or knowledge in AI infrastructure or tools (e.g., RAG, MCP, open-source LLMs such as Llama, model fine-tuning, or orchestration frameworks), and their application in modern software engineering
• Personally – Team player, highly motivated, methodical approach
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: storage, device drivers, databases, networking, embedded software/firmware development, Linux
