Your Impact
- Be a hands-on builder: design, train, and deploy predictive models that capture temporal patient trajectories rather than static snapshots.
- Advance time-series modeling and deep learning to unlock insights from longitudinal healthcare data.
- Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and product designers to bring risk-based medicine to life.
- Translate complex, messy real-world data into clinically meaningful signals.
- Work with agility and rigor, iterating quickly while maintaining the highest standards of technical and scientific excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning and applied AI, including taking models from prototype to production.
- Advanced degree required: MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field (PhD strongly preferred).
- Strong focus on temporal data, with hands-on experience in time-series modeling, RNNs, Transformers, survival analysis, or related methods.
- Applied healthcare experience, ideally with electronic health records (EHR), claims, or patient trajectory data.
- Interest in applying large language models to structured and unstructured clinical data.
- A track record of delivering production models and navigating real-world complexity to achieve impact.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Purpose-driven, with a passion for making healthcare more precise, predictive, and humane through ML and AI.
