About The Team
We are seeking experienced engineers to join our brand-new
AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform, including defining the strategy of using LLMs, creating the foundation for cross teams implementation and productizing it as part of our platform offering.
About The Role
- Implement backend infrastructure that supports generative AI capabilities, enabling both internal and external developers to easily integrate and leverage AI-powered features within monday.com’s ecosystem
- Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data
- Working closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers and designers to build production-ready infrastructure for more than 2 million users
- Our stack - Python, Typescript, node.js, MySQL and React
Requirements
- 6+ years in fullstack/backend development, with focus on building high performance systems at scale
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling techniques
- Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with micro-services architecture, event sourcing and modem frameworks - an advantage
- Previous knowledge and experience with LLMs - an advantage
- Deploying and serving ML and DL models in production - an advantage
