Ness Technologies is looking for an experienced Automation Team Leader to join our team and lead exciting projects in the world of Web & Mobile testing.

Full-time position based in Lod.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of talented automation engineers.
• Drive automation projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop advanced automation infrastructures for Web and Mobile testing.
• Work with the latest tools and technologies to deliver innovative testing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development with Playwright and/or Selenium in TypeScript for Web.
• 2+ years of experience in automation development with Appium for Mobile.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development/automation teams.
• Strong background with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Solid experience working with Git.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies and Agile processes.
