We're looking for a Senior Algorithm Developer – Image Processing & Computer Vision for our Missile and Space Systems Division.

The Position includes:

• Develop algorithmic solutions for detecting and tracking low-SNR targets in challenging environments.
• Gain a system-level understanding of the problem domain.
• Research alternative approaches using various technologies, including Deep Learning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of system engineers, physicists, software, and firmware engineers.
• Conduct performance analysis and support system implementation.
• Implement solutions using Matlab, C++, and Python.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in algorithm development, specifically in computer vision and image processing, with a focus on Deep Learning technologies.
• Familiarity with common development tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Extensive knowledge of statistics and probability.
• High work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
