We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data team.

In this role you will:

• Build intelligent models for data analysis.
• Design and develop advanced, interactive dashboards in Tableau to present actionable insights.
• Work directly with business stakeholders: gather requirements, understand needs, and define solutions.
• Develop semantic layers to streamline and optimize BI processes.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, analysts, and project managers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, including building advanced and interactive dashboards.
• 6+ years of experience in BI/DWH, including development and implementation.
• Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, optimization, and working with large-scale databases.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders: deep understanding of business needs, ability to define requirements, and translate them into technical solutions for development teams.
• Knowledge and implementation of semantic layers: developing intelligent data models and creating semantic structures to support reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to perform in-depth data analysis, extract business insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Independent and proactive: capable of managing and leading data projects from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.
