We are Hiring: Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of advanced Data Science solutions in the healthcare domain. This role combines classical Machine Learning with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies, working with both structured and unstructured (textual) data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end projects: problem definition, data exploration, model development, and deployment into production
• Conduct advanced analytical research, define KPIs, and generate actionable business insights
• Develop and implement Machine Learning and NLP models, including Generative AI projects
• Process and analyze textual data from diverse medical sources
• Work with Big Data infrastructures such as Elastic, Kafka, and Spark
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience developing ML/DS models with structured (tabular) data – must
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL – must
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI – must
• Proven experience in NLP and text-based projects – must
• Strong background in deploying code to production and understanding of development/QA/production environments – must
