Job Description
We are looking for a Computer Vision Research Engineer to drive innovation across our core technology stack. This role spans research, prototyping, and production delivery. You will work as a part of a small team which is deeply technical and research-oriented.
You will work on high‑impact initiatives across computer vision, NLP, GenAI and emerging areas such as reasoning agents, retrieval‑augmented pipelines, and multimodal foundation models.
What you will do:
● Work on applied research and development across CV, GenAI, NLP, and agent‑based systems, from exploration to production delivery.
● Work as an integral part of a high-performing, cross-functional team: contributing ideas, sharing expertise, and building solutions collaboratively across disciplines.
● Build prototypes that demonstrate technical and product value, then drive their transition into production‑grade services.
● Apply recent advances such as vision-language models, foundation models, and generative techniques to solve real-world infrastructure challenges.
● Work on the entire lifecycle of research efforts, from framing ambiguous problems to scalable solutions.
● Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ensure seamless integration and measurable impact.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of cumulative experience in computer vision - must.
● Proven ability to work on the full data science lifecycle, from exploration to deployment.
● Strong background in vision models, transformers, or multimodal systems.
● Experience with GenAI systems.
● Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks.
● Experience deploying and managing ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps.
● Committed to maintaining high technical standards and ability to write production-ready code.
● MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Advantage: Publications and talks at leading conferences.
● Advantage: experience with civil infrastructure.
