Full Stack Developer – Telephony Systems Expert
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in telephony systems to join our team. This role involves end-to-end development and maintenance of applications, both on the server side and the client side, with a strong focus on telephony infrastructure (IVR, CTI, PBX) – especially Genesys platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain telephony-related systems and applications (IVR, CTI, PBX).
- Perform both server-side and client-side development.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
- Write and maintain scripts in Windows environments (PowerShell).
- Act as a subject matter expert in telephony-related Full Stack development.
- Provide architectural solutions, system-wide vision, and professional guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in telephony systems development and maintenance (IVR, CTI, PBX), with strong emphasis on Genesys - Must
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, PowerShell - Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven professional experience.
- Solid understanding of operating systems and networking.
