We're looking for a
Data Analyst to join our

About The Role
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to surface actionable business insights that drive product improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop insightful dashboards and data products that empower stakeholders across the company.
- Define key business metrics and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting layers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Executives to collect requirements, deliver solutions, and translate business questions into data-driven answers.
- Initiate and lead your own analytical projects—proactively identifying opportunities to optimize our product, workflows and customer experience through data.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling, and accessible way, tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help foster a data-driven culture by building strong working relationships and championing the use of data in decision-making.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in SQL – you can independently query large and complex datasets.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Experience with data visualization tools (preference for Tableau)
- Strong analytical thinking and business understanding – you understand the “WHY” behind the numbers and the impact on the business.
- A great communicator and storyteller – you can translate complex data into simple, meaningful insights.
- Highly independent – curious, creative, and proactive. You don’t wait for direction; you seek out opportunity.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills – you're able to build trusted relationships and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Bonus Points
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or product analytics.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing).
