We are looking for a hands-on Algorithm Engineer with a strong foundation in statistical modelling and proven experience in Machine Learning.
This position is paving the way for a Multi AI Agents (SLM/LLM) environment, managed by Agentic AI ReAct (Reasoning & Actions), pushing our proprietary Transformer utilization Development.

Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement advanced algorithms for complex real-world problems.
- Develop and evaluate models in Statistical inference as: Bayesian frameworks, covariance analysis, Monte-Carlo Approach, Time-Series, and tracking systems.
- Apply and adapt ML-based vectoring and embedding techniques (supervised, unsupervised, sequence models), while emphasizing mathematical and statistical rigor.
- Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
- Analyze experimental data, validate models, and optimize for robustness and scalability.
Requirements
- B.Sc/M.Sc. (Ph.d would be an advantage) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in algorithm development, preferably in Statistics, Advanced Mathematics, and ML/AI domains.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, Fast-API, Flask, etc.) or similar.
- Experience in Statistical modelling (Bayesian methods, covariance structures, hypothesis testing).
- Experience in data fusion, data structure and complexity, forecasting, predictions, and spatial-temporal modelling.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Trackers, Time-Series & estimators, Particle Filters (as Sequential Monte Carlo, MHT, etc.), Probability theory or stochastic processes
- Familiarity with data tech stack integration for automating advanced enrichments as Sparks ETLs, Airflow DAGs, Apache Flink, Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate theory into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
