We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Team Leader to join to Mortgage Modernization team at a leading bank. In this role, you will lead a talented DevOps team, drive innovation, and implement cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment solutions.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring the DevOps team, providing both technical guidance and hands-on support

Designing, developing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines

Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Collaborating with development, QA, and product teams to support high-quality software delivery.

Solving complex infrastructure challenges and implementing scalable, long-term solutions

Implementing best practices in GitFlow, system monitoring, and observability

Ensuring compliance with information security standards and internal policies

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role

Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or VSTS

Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and deep understanding of networking and communication protocols

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK

Strong problem-solving skills and architectural thinking

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
