Keshet is seeking a hands-on, sharp, and analytical BI Developer to join our growing Data team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about data, and enjoys turning raw data into actionable insights that impact decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple platforms and sources.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end BI solutions — from data modeling to dashboarding — for various departments.
• Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and alerts used by teams across the organization.
• Translate business needs into scalable data products, delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

What We’re Looking For?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer.
• Expert-level SQL skills and deep understanding of database fundamentals.
• Proven experience working with Data Warehouses (DWH) and designing scalable data models.
• Practical expertise in ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline optimization.
• Experience with data warehousing tools — Snowflake (preferred)
• Product analysis experience and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Python is a strong advantage, especially for data manipulation tasks using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Airflow and a proactive, creative approach to solving data challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
