Component Development Engineer | Haifa | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Component Development Engineer to join the Engineering and Systems Plant at IAI’s ELTA Division.

The position includes:

• Developing components

• Performing electromagnetic simulations

• Collaborating with development teams across the division that utilize these components.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required

• In-depth understanding of RFIC circuit design and layout, simulation tools, and verification methodologies – required

• Experience in designing analog and RF circuits in CMOS technologies smaller than 130nm/65nm – required

• At least 3 years of experience in hardware development – required

• Ability to design using ADS and CST simulators – required

• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – required

• Experience with LNAs, high-frequency amplifiers, mixers, and TX modulators – an advantage

• Independence and ability to self-learn

• High service orientation

The Engineering and Systems Plant is responsible for developing and producing electronic, microwave, and mechanical hardware for all ELTA systems.
