We’re looking for a Team Leader for our RFIC Component Development to join the Engineering & Systems Division at ELTA.

What will You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the development of advanced RFIC components
• Drive simulations and analysis of electromagnetic performance
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and present results to management
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and reports
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver critical components

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required
• At least 4 years of experience managing a technological team, including milestone planning, budget control, and delivery – required
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in RFIC engineering and component architecture design – required
• Deep understanding of RFIC circuit design, including tools, simulators, layout planning, and verification methodologies – required
• Proficiency in Cadence design tools – required
• Experience designing analog/RF circuits in CMOS technologies (especially below 130nm / 65nm) – strong advantage
• Familiarity with LNA, high-frequency amplifiers, mixers, and TX modulators – advantage
• Strong communication skills in English – spoken and written – required
