Data Analyst (Customer Success Team)

As a Data Analyst at Datricks, you will leverage data to drive actionable insights that support our business goals. Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize financial data from multiple sources to support business needs.
- Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights and deliver them through aesthetic, organized, and easy-to-use dashboards.
- Design and maintain dashboards and alerts, ensuring they are accurate and meet the needs of end-users.
- Create detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D and Customer Success teams to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Support customers in understanding and interpreting their data, ensuring they extract maximum value from our solution.
- Translate customer needs and feedback into analytical improvements and product insights.
- Continuously monitor and optimize existing data processes, keeping up with the latest trends in data analysis and finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).
- At least 5–6 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of working with complex datasets.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Good knowledge of Python (an advantage).
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly learn and understand internal and business processes.
- Previous experience working with external customers, ideally in a hybrid analytical and customer-facing role.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., ClickHouse, Tableau, Power BI).
- High level of English, both verbal and written.
