Antenna Engineer | Central District | Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI)

Join the Engineering and Systems Division of IAI's Missile and Space Systems Group as an Antenna Engineer, leading the development and testing of antennas and radomes for advanced defense systems.


The position includes:

• Leading and developing antenna and radome measurements in an anechoic chamber

• Defining measurement setups for antennas and radomes

• Preparing test documentation for antennas and radomes

• Conducting measurements in an anechoic chamber

• Writing analysis reports based on measurement results

• Developing testing software for antennas and radomes in VEE

• Performing electromagnetic simulations

• Writing technical requirement documents for the anechoic chamber

• Managing and supporting subcontractors


What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics is required

• At least 5 years of experience in antenna engineering is required

• Proven knowledge of antenna test setups is required

• Experience with RF test equipment such as Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Power Meter is required

• Experience in anechoic chamber antenna testing and VSWR testing is an advantage

• Experience with RF measurements is an advantage

• Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS and CST is an advantage

• Knowledge of VEE programming is an advantage

• Knowledge of MATLAB is an advantage
