We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Analytics to lead and manage our team of analysts while contributing hands-on to the performance analytics domain.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of analytical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.
You will take ownership of performance analytics by tracking company KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights and predictions on business performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a data-driven decision-making culture and ensure alignment with Guesty’s strategic goals.
