We’re Hiring: Salesforce Technical Architect
A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join its Information Systems division. This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and lead advanced Salesforce solutions in a dynamic, multi-system environment with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead complex technical architectures on the Salesforce platform with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Plan and lead system integrations with external applications (ERP, CRM, middleware, etc.).
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Conduct feasibility studies, recommend system enhancements, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Mentor developers and implementation teams while maintaining high coding and process standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and analysts to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (strong advantage).
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in a Technical Architect role - Must
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community, and Marketing Cloud - Must
- Proven development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL - Must
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture: data model, security model, flows, dashboards, reports, validation rules, and approval processes - Must
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Must
- Additional certifications (Application Architect, Data Architecture, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) – Must
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, security, and system design (Azure DevOps ) - Must
- Experience with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft – ) - Must
- Native-level Hebrew and high proficiency in English (spoken and written) - Must
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable and robust solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
