We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI engineer to join our team at Spikerz and spearhead the development and integration of AI/ML solutions across our product range.

As a Senior AI Engineer at Spikerz, you will:

• Understand the challenges our users face and how to integrate and implement AI/ML solutions to address these challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement POCs for machine learning models and AI solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML technologies and practices.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI/ML architectures.

Qualifications for a Senior AI Engineer at Spikerz include:

• Proven experience in a Senior AI/ML or similar role.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with MLops frameworks and the ML CI/CD lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficient in machine learning algorithms, especially in areas such as classification, anomaly detection, natural language processing (NLP), and tabular data analysis.
• Familiarity with Data Science Python libraries like SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, AutoTS, LightGBM, NLTK.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
