BI Developer for a Defense Organization

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer, passionate about working with data and transforming it into actionable insights and effective decision-making tools. In this role, you will work with Power BI On-Premises and be responsible for developing reports, models, and interactive dashboards that will impact key organizational processes.

What will you do?

• Develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, including advanced visualizations.
• Perform data modeling in Tabular and Power BI Desktop, including optimization for performance improvement.
• Use DAX to develop complex calculations and statistics.
• Work with diverse data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Text files) ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization) / Statistics or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BI development, with expertise in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Tabular.
• Experience in data modeling and writing SQL/Oracle queries.
• Advantage: experience with Python and familiarity with SAP.
