We're seeking a passionate iOS Tech Lead to join a leading financial organization with a start-up atmosphere, innovation-driven culture, and young organizational spirit.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor our iOS development team while establishing professional standards.
• Design and implement advanced architectures for large-scale applications.
• Build internal libraries (SPM) and maintain open-source code for company-wide use.
• Own CI/CD processes including automation via Fastlane.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Design, and Product teams to coordinate and develop new features.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and implement best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team developers, including training sessions and 1:1 meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of iOS application development and technical leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience with SwiftUI-based applications.
• Experience working with NSApp (iPad platform).
• Deep understanding of Mobile architectures.
• Significant advantage: Familiarity with TCA (The Composable Architecture).
• Mastery of Human Interface Guidelines with user-focused UX/design thinking.
