Join Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in the Missile & Space Systems Division and play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced test equipment (ATE) for state-of-the-art navigation systems. These systems are essential for production and quality assurance of critical components used across IAI and Israel’s defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test equipment (ATE) for advanced navigation systems
• Program in C++ in a Windows-based development environment
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including system engineers, algorithm developers, and production engineers
• Support production processes by ensuring reliable and efficient test capabilities
• Contribute to quality assurance and validation of mission-critical components

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Proven 10+ years of experience in C++ development for PC/Windows environments, including multithreaded programming – mandatory
• Experience developing hardware test systems (ATE) and ATP for production lines – advantage
• Familiarity with Borland C++ Builder (for legacy test equipment maintenance) – strong advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
