Join Cambium and lead a new cross-functional team in building an innovative cloud commitment management platform. This is a key initiative driving the company’s next growth phase, automating micro-saving plan purchases across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack, Data, and QA engineers.

Own system design and architecture, from backend APIs to frontend features.

Contribute hands-on with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React with TypeScript.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and FinOps to deliver impactful solutions.

Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and scalable cloud-native systems.

What we’re looking for:
7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.

Strong expertise in Python and React.

Proven experience with cloud-native distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices.

Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, ideally in cost optimization or billing.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
