abra R&D is seeking for a Full Stack Engineer (Backend Oriented).

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer (Backend Oriented), to Develop and maintain large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and optimization.

A full time hybrid position, based in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with complex projects, performance optimization, and backend architecture.
• Ability to select the right cloud services, cost-efficiency, and real production experience.
• Ability to efficiently connect frontend with backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, and implement innovative cloud-based solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in Backend / Full Stack development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS) – including database services, compute resources, and API management.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience building scalable containerized applications.
• Strong command of SQL and NoSQL, with deep understanding of data management (preferably relational databases).
• Familiarity with Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React / Angular for integration purposes.
