So, what’s the role all about?

As a Data Science Research Student, you’ll join our core research team to work on cutting-edge generative AI innovations. This is your chance to dive into real-world research, collaborate closely with experienced data scientists, and develop practical expertise in applicative research. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with advanced generative AI and research practices, while collaborating with senior data scientists and researchers.

How will you make an impact?

  • Contribute to state-of-the-art generative AI research and prototypes
  • Write clear, modular code in Python
  • Contribute to writing and maintaining internal and external research papers
  • Contribute and participate in cross-organization data science meetings
  • Participate in daily team activities, presentations and knowledge sharing
  • Tackle real-world financial crime challenges like fraud and money laundering detection

Have you got what it takes?

  • Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or other relevant field
  • Completed at least one year of academic studies and have 2 remaining semesters (expected graduation by Oct 2026)
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and an appetite for complex challenges
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and driving solutions independently
  • Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Experience with network analysis or graph-based data
  • Experience with generative AI
