We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring iOS Team Lead – someone who can drive the development of innovative applications, motivate a team to achieve excellence, and shape the user experience for millions of users worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a team of iOS developers – including hiring, mentoring, and empowering the team.
• Define the iOS development strategy and roadmap – from concept to launch.
• Oversee the design and development of key features, ensuring quality, stability, and scalability.
• Promote technical excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend teams to deliver an outstanding user experience.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience, including at least 2 years leading mobile teams (preferably iOS).
• Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of frameworks and design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with databases, and third-party SDKs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for iOS.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong technical judgment.
