The Full-Stack Engineering Team is responsible for developing strategic and unique, customer-facing product features within the Axonius platform.

This role involves leading a group of full-stack engineers, executing the team's roadmap by defining tasks and managing timelines, and ensuring the delivery of production-ready, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while maintaining an active hands-on technical contribution to the codebase.
• Define goals, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to effectively execute the product roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and formal mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and R&D stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer supporting production, customer-facing features.
• 2+ years of verified experience operating as an engineering team leader.
• Extensive proficiency in Python and non-relational database technologies (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and modern UI frameworks (React or Vue.js).

• Experience designing and building distributed, scalable systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing technical tasks and managing resource trade-offs.
