Hands-On Development Team Leader – Hybrid | Tel Aviv

We’re building a new cross-functional team to develop a cloud-native platform that automates micro-purchases of savings plans across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This greenfield project will be core to our next growth phase.

What you’ll do

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 engineers (Fullstack, Data, QA)

Own architecture and guide end-to-end development

Contribute hands-on with Python (backend) and React (frontend)

Drive best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Cloud/FinOps teams

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience

3+ years in a team lead or tech lead role

Strong Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) + React/TypeScript skills

Experience with cloud-native microservices (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Deep REST API and system design knowledge

CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure automation

Nice to have

FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience

Data engineering or cost analytics background
