Minute.ly is a fast-growing Video AI startup working with tier-one global publishers and broadcasters to transform how audiences experience video.

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our high-impact team and help shape products that reach millions worldwide.

In this role, you’ll spend most of your time (about 80%) on backend development—leading the design, build, and scale of Minute.ly’s core products.

• Take ownership of features from concept to production - design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Write high-performance backend code in Ruby on Rails.
• Build polished, performant frontend experiences using Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), CSS, and React, optimized for Core Web Vitals.
• Work with a modern, high-scale tech stack: Postgres, Kafka, Spark, Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Celery, Iceberg, and more.
• Deploy and scale in the cloud with AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Nomad.
• Own your domain—architecture, code quality, performance, and delivery are all yours to drive.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven track record building high-scale systems, with expertise in concurrency, performance optimization, and database design.

• Experience in monetization platforms.
• Big Data expertise.
• Hands-on work in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
