We are seeking an experienced and innovative Machine Learning expert to join our team as a consultant. This role requires at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the field, with a deep focus on time series modeling and practical deployment of ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance across the entire ML workflow — from data exploration and modeling to experimentation and production deployment.
• Review and advise on current modeling approaches (e.g., SARIMAX, LSTM), and proactively suggest improvements or alternative models suited to our context.
• Stay current with cutting-edge tools and methodologies in machine learning, and help us explore and implement the most promising innovations.
• Collaborate closely with our team to align modeling choices with business objectives in real-world systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise (10+ years) in machine learning, with a strong portfolio in time series forecasting.
• Deep knowledge of statistical models and deep learning approaches (e.g., SARIMAX, LSTM, Transformers, etc.).
• Experience guiding and mentoring teams through the modeling and deployment process.
• Prior experience in agricultural commodities, weather data, or related domains is a significant plus.
