Description
We are looking for a hands-on AI Systems Builder to lead the development and deployment of GPT-based agents and internal automations that directly accelerate our business.
You will work closely with the CEO to translate business needs into operational agents and automations using GPT-4, OpenAI APIs, Make.com, Supabase, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and other tools in our stack. This is a builder role, not a research or advisory position. You will take ideas and ship them into working systems within days, not weeks.
This role is critical to our execution engine.
What You'll Do
- Design and build custom GPT agents that solve real operational bottlenecks
- Translate business processes into automated workflows and tools
- Integrate GPT/LLM capabilities into existing systems (Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Crisp, Supabase)
- Build logic flows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Python scripts where needed
- Collaborate directly with leadership to prioritize and deliver agent-based systems
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve live agents (logging, testing, feedback loops)
- Own the full lifecycle from idea → prototype → deploy → maintain
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying GPT-powered agents or tools
- Proficiency in OpenAI API usage, including function calling, prompt design, and reliability handling
- Hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Familiarity with Supabase or similar backends (Firebase, Airtable, etc.)
- Comfort with API integrations (REST, webhooks, JSON parsing)
- Ability to write light-to-intermediate Python or JavaScript for glue logic
- Understanding of LLM limitations (hallucination, context windows) and mitigation techniques
- Fast execution mindset, pragmatic problem-solving, outcome-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain or other orchestration frameworks
- Background in full-stack development or system integrations
- Experience with Slack bots, HubSpot workflows, Notion API, Crisp automations
- Prior experience in a startup or high-velocity environment
- Product-thinking and UX sensitivity (even if not a designer)
