Role Description - R&D Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on electronics engineer to join our R&D team in Shefayim.

This role requires prototyping, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of electronic systems used in medical devices. You'll work directly with mixed-signal (analog/digital) designs and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our product.


Key Responsibilities

·       Assemble, prototype, and test electronic circuits and subassemblies

·       Troubleshoot and modify existing electronic designs

·       Interpret and work from schematics and wiring diagrams

·       Use lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering stations

·       Create and maintain technical documentation: test reports, assembly instructions, procedures


Required Qualifications

·       B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with experience up to 3 years.

·       Strong understanding of mixed-signal (analog/digital) circuit design. Must.

·       Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

·       Solid hands-on lab experience with soldering, rework, measurement tools, and debugging

·       Proven ability to create detailed and accurate technical documentation

·       Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent problem-solving

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

·       Willingness to travel within Israel (approx. 20%)


Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with cable harness assembly and mechanical integration

·       Experience with PCB prototyping and soldering

·       Familiarity with Altium Designer - an advantage
