The Security team is looking for a motivated and passionate full-time Security Automation Engineer to join our group.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in cybersecurity, automation, and AI technologies while contributing to Check Point Security.

As part of your role, you’ll be working with security and IT teams to design and develop intelligent security automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI domain within the Security group, driving strategy, innovation, and implementation of AI/ML initiatives across security operations.
• Develop and maintain automated security workflows using Python and AI tools
• Collaborate with the Security and other teams to design and refine AI agents and AI-assisted workflows
• Support the integration of AI into SIEM/SOAR platforms to enhance incident response and threat intelligence
• Learn and contribute to automation monitoring and performance tuning in enterprise environments
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and Git is required
• Solid backend experience working with APIs, micro services, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong interest in AI/ML applications in cybersecurity
• Strong production mindset with focus on troubleshooting, observability, and quality monitoring.
• Advantageous: experience with SIEM tools, SOAR platforms, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
