About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to help us define our business metrics and KPIs, and perform complex ETL operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop KPIs for the company
• Build dashboards and management reports for senior leadership
• Monitor business metrics and present strategic insights
• Create periodic reports for various stakeholders
• Work closely with Finance team on forecasting and budget analysis
• Collaborate with Product team on performance analysis and success measurement
• Support data-driven business decision making
• Lead cross-organizational analytical projects
• Perform complex ETL operations
• Develop data models and forecasts
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Identify trends and patterns in data
• Generate business insights and actionable recommendations
• Support strategic decision-making processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field - advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and databases
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• MixPanel and Tableau experience - strong advantage
• A/B testing knowledge and experience
• Python knowledge - advantage
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• Proven experience working with Finance and Product teams
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Team collaboration and cross-departmental cooperation
• Business thinking and understanding of broader context
