We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on DevOps Engineer to join us as the lead and sole DevOps function in the company. In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of all DevOps-related aspects of our infrastructure and drive them end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for
building, implementing, and scaling our CI/CD systems, driving initiatives that enhance R&D productivity and reduce lead times. As the sole DevOps owner, you’ll play a critical role in defining and embedding
DevOps best practices, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across all environments.
Your scope will span from
networking to infrastructure, security, and compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with full visibility.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in SAAS products with containerized code
- Experience working with Linux
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform/Pulumi or CDK
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Containers
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge and proven experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (SIEM/SOC/EDR) such as Splunk/QRadar/Datadog- Advantage
- Self-driven, highly motivated, with a can-do attitude to lead technical initiatives and follow them through (end to end ownership)
- Familiarity with the Cybersecurity industry - Advantage
Responsibilities:
- Own our github actions-based CI/CD pipeline, identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve developer experience, and expand it with additional capabilities to make sure we ship quickly, reliably and securely.
- Manage our containerized production environments, spanning AWS and GCP, and including services such as RabbitMQ, MongoDB Atlas, Redis and more.
- Develop monitoring capabilities, help troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the system is architected correctly to maximize performance and stability.
- Keep up-to-date on new trends and changes in the ops technology world.
- Manage our SIEM servers and other lab services (e.g. - IBM QRadar\Splunk ES\ etc).
- Provide on-going support to R&D teams for our non-production lab infrastructure.
