As a tech lead you will:

• Lead the design of systems and infrastructure.
• Assume a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of C++ developers.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Respond effectively to production problems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing high-performance code in C++ for Windows platform or RT systems
• Strong understanding of OOP, multi-process, and multi-threading applications
• Experience in the computer vision algorithms implementation
• Deep understanding of the image processing principles
• Experience with NVidia tools and SDKs is a strong advantage
• Experience with video grabbing, processing, and display
• Experience with DirectX or OpenGL
• Experience with MatLab and Python code
• Experience in implementation of Machine Learning based algorithms, pre and post-processing implementations
• Experience in CUDA programming
• Experience with OpenCV
• Experience with GIT
• Proven experience with software performance optimizations
