We are hiring : Embedded Team Lead

The Embedded Team Lead will lead the Embedded development technology.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing development plans in accordance with requirements and schedules.
• Professional management and development of the team in Israel and Bulgaria.
• Planning the solutions architecture with the team.
• Responsibility for documentation.
• Improving work processes.
• Assimilation of new technologies.
• Collaboration in defining and characterizing products with a product manager.
• Collaboration with the hardware team regarding components selection and firmware requirements.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in team management.
• Proven knowledge in C/C++ development.
• Experience working with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• Experience in working on multidisciplinary products combining software and hardware.
• Experience working with and without an operating system.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
