We are looking for an experienced and passionate iOS Tech Lead to join the technology division of a leading financial organization.

This is a strategic role in a fast-paced, startup-like environment that combines innovation, autonomy, and high-impact projects used by millions.

As a Tech Lead, you will shape the mobile architecture, lead the development of cutting-edge features, and mentor a talented iOS team.

• Provide technical leadership and define engineering standards for the iOS team
• Design and implement scalable mobile architectures for large-scale applications
• Build internal Swift Package Manager (SPM) libraries and maintain open-source tools for internal teams
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation processes using Fastlane
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and product to deliver new features
• Conduct code reviews, improve performance, and promote best practices
• Mentor and guide iOS developers through 1:1s and team workshops

• 4+ years of hands-on iOS development experience, including tech leadership
• At least 1 year of experience building production apps with SwiftUI
• Deep understanding of mobile app architectures – familiarity with TCA is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) with a strong focus on user experience and design thinking
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset
