We’re expanding our R&D team and are looking for a talented and experienced Senior AI Engineer to help build the next generation of our multi-cloud SaaS orchestration platform—powered by Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and deploying cutting-edge AI features and infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and product leaders to integrate scalable, production-grade AI components that drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead exploration and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Design robust, cloud-native AI/ML systems leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Build and deploy AI pipelines for NLP, reasoning, and orchestration use cases.
- Collaborate across R&D teams to embed AI into core platform workflows.
- Contribute to experimentation, validation, and deployment using modern MLOps/GenAIOps practices.
- Mentor fellow engineers on AI best practices, architecture, and coding standards.
- Align technical initiatives with the broader product roadmap and business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in tech/product companies, focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record designing and implementing GenAI solutions using LLMs and transformer models.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in Python or similar (e.g., TypeScript, Go); experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch.
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills in English and comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with agentic frameworks for reasoning or task automation.
- Background in building distributed systems at scale.
- Exposure to AI governance, data compliance, and production-grade MLOps.
