We're Hiring: Oracle DBA (Infrastructure & Application)

Join our Core Infrastructure Department, where we lead critical projects and maintain core enterprise systems including servers, storage, networking, security products, and databases. We're looking for an experienced Oracle DBA to support both infrastructure and application layers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide expert-level Oracle DBA support – infrastructure and application
• Optimize performance and handle tuning (Performance Tuning)
• Manage and maintain backup and recovery using RMAN
• Work in Linux environments
• Support monitoring and observability systems (SIEM/Monitoring tools)
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Participate in 24/7 production support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA (infrastructure focus) - Must
• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Tuning - Must
• Proficient with Linux-based systems - Must
• Experience with RMAN backup & recovery - Must
• Experience with monitoring systems (SIEM, etc.) - Must
• Advantage: Experience with SQL Server and/or MySQL - Must
• Advantage: Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate - Must
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments
