Description

Serve as the first backend/full-stack engineer for Harmony Browse, architecting microservices that power policy, telemetry and the admin portal, while crafting React/Next.js UIs for security analysts.

Major Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native Node.js services, data models and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Build event-driven pipelines that ingest browser telemetry and GenAI risk scores in near real-time.
• Create an initial React admin console with scalable patterns (virtual scroll, feature flags).
• Set up infrastructure-as-code, observability and CI/CD from scratch.
• Author technical docs and runbooks; later mentor additional hires and review their code.

Desired Background

• 8+ yrs backend/full-stack development; strong Node.js/TypeScript and React/Next.js.
• Experience with stream processing (Kafka/Kinesis), AWS/Azure and Kubernetes.
• Security-minded (OWASP, JWT/OAuth) and versed in automated testing & blue-green deployments.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on implementation with architectural decision-making.
