Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing highly resilient, secure, and performant systems around Kubernetes and serverless workloads.

Responsibilities:

• CI/CD & Automation: Develop and optimize pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Kubernetes Operations: Manage EKS clusters, including scaling strategies (KEDA, Karpenter, etc.), upgrades, Helm chart development, and resource tuning.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write and manage Terraform and Helm stacks to support AWS cloud resources.
• Monitoring & Observability: Build and maintain logging/metrics systems (ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and alerting integrations (PagerDuty, OpsGenie).
• Security & Compliance: Implement container and cloud security best practices and contribute to compliance efforts (SOC2, GDPR).
• Networking & Performance: Troubleshoot network issues (TLS, NAT, load balancing), maintain and configure VPN and VPCs.
• Provide ongoing support to global teams in the company while contributing to the backlog.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong command of Docker and Kubernetes in production settings.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Solid grasp of AWS and its core services (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EKS, Batch, Lambda, etc.).
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash and Python.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or similar).
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation with Terraform and Helm.
• Proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Kafka, Redis, Airflow, Databricks, and Spark/EMR.
• Experience with advanced Git strategies and GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and security tooling.
• Experience with database operations: Postgres, Snowflake, Clickhouse.
